User Story:

We have a few goals of the Vulntology that are listed on the current readme. However, these use cases don't really work for all users that may be encouraged to adopt the methodology. We should establish clear business cases for each usergroup we believe would benefit from use of the Vulntology.

Some Usergroups:
CNAs
Vulnerability Coordinators
Vulnerability Databases
Vulnerability Researchers
Consumers
