[Feature request] Full Pane Preview

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Cannot expand preview pane to fill full width of window.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove minimum width for the editor pane such that the preview pane can be fully expanded.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternate display mode to switch entirely to a preview without a split pane. A toggle button in the status bar would fit nicely, I think.
