[BUG] Self-preview video stream appears flattened while the phone is lying on the desk. #1470

Describe the bug
Participant face get's stretched if joining ACS session while the phone is lying on the desk.
As long the phone remains in this position it will remain this way. The remote participant will not see the difference, this is a local preview issue.

Once the device is lifted into portrait position it will become normal.

To Reproduce

  1. Join a call
  2. Phone is lying on the desk.
  3. AR!=ER: self-preview stream is flattened

Expected behavior

  • OS: Android 13, Moto, Samsung, emulators
  • IDE : Android Studio
  • Version of the Library used: 2.6.0-beta.4
