[BUG] Chrome shortcut and search widget disappear from dock #4398

Describe the bug

After adding a Chrome search widget or Chrome app shortcut to the dock they disappear after a screen lock or app switch.

The search widget sometimes displays "problem loading widget"

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Long-tap to add widget
Click on 'Chrome' search bar 5x2
Add to any home screen
Reduce to 4x1
Add to dock
Switch app or lock the phone screen
It disappears

Expected behavior

The widget should remain in place
