Interactive usage: additive multiqc.parse_logs() sample parsing

Description of feature

Currently, parse_logs() doesn't know yet how to add new samples to the same module, and just replaces the entire module data if it was previously parsed. Shoul instead add new samples into the dataset. That might require more refactoring.
