XCCDF tailoring file not discovered

Customized analyse saved by Save customization only – which is reported saved in resources manager as XCCDF tailoring file – is not discovered in resources manager when a selection is invoked. Saved file:

$ file -b test
XML 1.0 document, ASCII text
