Not exporting file

It states that it is exporting the file but does nothing. I have tried 2 days in a row.

I'm having the same issue, however, it is somewhat intermittent. I've been able to do a few after I downloaded visual studio.net. Now it's stopped again.

Are you waiting for the gcode to be fully generated? The progress bar will turn green and you will see tracks for the paths. I've had a few "complex" patterns that it has taken 10+ minutes to generate. If you hit export too soon it'll won't give an error only a 0kB file.
