Failed to extract installer #63

When I open the installer, I originally was getting unable to extract errors and then a folder name that it appeared it was trying to create some folders but was not able to due to possible "IT policies"... I am installing it on my own laptop, which was bought by me so it shouldn't have any policies, but just to be sure, i set the access policies on the "ProgramData" folder to "everyone" and ran the program as administrator... That didn't help so i tried creating the folders myself, but now i am just stuck at "Failed to extract installer".
