detail | 详细描述

TS中是否可以使用CreateDelegate,像蓝图中一样动态绑定 Delegate,如果不行,是不是说只能c++ 中申明Deleate 变量
或者只能使用蓝图来处理了.很希望TS也有动态创建 delegate的用法
