New Pill style component

Various use cases for a 'pill' component to house content have become necessary.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable a new wrapper styled with rounded edges and able to house content, with CSS styled to DS colours

Describe alternatives you've considered
Filter component exists but this could change style / pattern - see image below as one use case
