第二次加载组件报错 #2998

组件首次加载没有问题，路由跳转后在路由回来就在引用插件的时候报错；

Plugin with name editorInit exists

版本应该是1.0.5 的样子

打包后也会有这错误。

组件是通过入口文件直接引用，不打包到最后所有的第三方库里
