想实现点击左侧树列表，右侧预览页动态渲染，现在点击左侧树引起state改变，按理来说会重新渲染DOM，但是页面没有切换渲染,参见下图

预测是预览初始化方法使用async的原因，请问应该如何解决这个问题

这个跟初始化方法没有关系，你得看下是不是hook使用时缺少了对于选中页面变化的依赖
