while proxying multi 4 layer services via multi ports.

Can you also explain why would someone create such a setup? What is the use case?

For example, I have several mqtt services for different business, and I want to proxy them via apisix so that I'll be able to use functions apisix have provided, like SSL, service discovery, self-developed plugins, etc.
