The current workflow of working with CE code that affects EE can lead to issues when syncing the repos. As a result, we tend to first make all changes in the EE repo first, and then copy those edits over manually on the CE side. We should introduce a easy workflow to automate this process so that we do not make any mistakes when doing this change
