Ability to rename layers/queries

It would be helpful to have the ability to rename and re-order the queries.

Great! It looks like right now the queries are saved in the queries table with just an ID, and the index of the table is used to populate the field in the tabs in "datasets". I guess what we would have to do is add a new field in the queries table that stores a user defined name and pull that instead of the db index, while also making the tab editable and have that trigger a db update?
