Describe the Bug

The new if feature doesn't seem to work in one of my use cases:

My column is: title: text('title').notNull()
The following code results in an error that reads:

Error: notInArray requires at least one value

const excludeTags: any[] = [];

const tags = await db.query.listingTags.findMany({
  where: notInArray(listingTags.title, excludeTags).if(excludeTags.length)
});

Expected behavior

Where query is ignored
