Wildcard field type support

Is there any plan to support the Wildcard field type? It's available in the current ES version (7.10) and is documented in the Keyword type family. I can help to add this field if there's no ongoing work.

@CarMoreno thank you, but I am not the right person to ping :) I haven't been working for Elastic for over two years and the library is currently unsupported. Hopefully that will change soon though, see #1652 for details
