[Lens][Agg-Based] some input fields can't be cleared

8.x/8.13

Describe the bug:
In Lens but also in Agg-based editors, some input fields can't be completely cleared.
If you press the delete on some numeric fields or in some combo boxes, the field is never cleared completely and the last char/number will stay there, in some cases bringing it back to the previous value.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Lens
2. Create a visualization and change the default formatting of the vertical axis to a Number
3. try to clear with the backspace the number of decimals, it will remain to zero and the cursor is always after the zero.

The same thing happens in agg-based, where in a field combobox or in some numeric field we can't clear completely the input.

Expected behavior:
The input can be cleared

This problem was solved for field-list in Lens via #180178 still there in agg-based #183610 and in other places like described above.
