This PR adds DOcTypes related to certification to Non-profit module.
Once a candidate applies for certification and exam is conducted, this record is created by a user with Non-Profit manager Role.
This page displays Radio buttons for both "INR" and "USD".
Certification is valid for certain period.
Once the period is over candidate will apply for certification again.
This page displays if any certification records exist.
Based on the expiry period of the certification appropriate message and radio buttons to choose currency are displayed.
When clicked on "Next" button, based on the currency chosen applicable webform will be displayed.
