fluidplayer doesn't have these functions.

you can try video.js which can do what you are saying

or if you want to stay in fluidplayer,
i made a variant based on fluidplayer with support for
audio and subtitles coming from m3u8 sources.

i made a demo with your source:

but the english audio is not working, because a " is missing in the source
