fluidplayer VAST tag XML problem

The ad loads well. But after playing advertisements, the player is locked and no buttons can be used.
This problem can be seen on all browsers : firefox opera chorme and more....
i try change the Vast Version 4.2 -vast v 4 - Vast 3 and Vast V2
But all these versions did not help to improve
if ur have any idea or vast.xml code please share it here
