ChatGPT 3.5 suggests a few studies pertaining to hydration

  1. Artinian NT, Fletcher GF, Mozaffarian D, et al. Circulation. 2010;122(4):406-441. doi:10.1161/CIR.0b013e3181e8edf1

This study highlights the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including hydration, for cardiovascular health, which in turn contributes to longevity.

  1. Chang T, Ravi N, Plegue MA, Sonneville KR, Davis MM. Inadequate Hydration, BMI, and Obesity Among US Adults: NHANES 2009–2012. Ann Fam Med. 2016;14(4):320-324. doi:10.1370/afm.1951

  1. Stookey JD, Constant F, Popkin BM, Gardner CD. Drinking water is associated with weight loss in overweight dieting women independent of diet and activity. Obesity (Silver Spring). 2008;16(11):2481-2488. doi:10.1038/oby.2008.409

In this study, the authors found that increased water consumption was associated with weight loss in overweight dieting women. Weight management is linked to various health benefits, including increased longevity.

So - maybe integrate MetaGPT with How To Live Longer and create MetaGPTForLife? I'm still learning the GPT API, but it should be possible for someone to input their general details and calculate their likely life span and let them query a pre-built life health model and get suggested improvements.
