Design: Vision Art for the dev toolbar

Problem

As a user, who's reviewing staging builds of my application, all day, everyday, its hard to remember that I should check Sentry for new issues or feedback thats arisen recently. In other words, context switching between application and Sentry can not only lead to less issues being resolved, but also less issues being resolved which were recently introduced.

Acceptance Criteria

The vision mocks must communicate the following

• Showing a feed of issues, filtered by the page their on
• Showing a feed of feedback, filtered by the page their on
