transition type when doing direction swiping

currently when swiping left a transition of type “left” is triggered. This works currently as slidelayout only has 4 transition types and canvas layout ignores the type.

generally this decision should be done by the layout rather than the LayerView.

It should be configurable as there may be several left transitions. e.g. a left where the new frame zooms in.
