What Happened?

Downloaded Logseq-win-x64-0.10.9.exe and executed it. It stops with an error:

Did you try right click on the Logseq-win-x64-0.10.9.exe and select option to Run as administrator? Do you get same error?

Yes—after getting the User Account Control windows, the error also occurs

I'm curious what's going there, tried it on same Win 11 version and it passed through, sounds like some pre-requisite is missing but I don't know what that list would be, didn't check that part of source yet :)
