Provide utility to show lockscreen on multiple monitors

Scenario when this would be used?

When using multiple monitors, the lockscreen wallpaper is only displayed on the primary monitor. My use case is I have a 55" TV connected to the computer and I'd like the lockscreen image to display when I step away from my computer and am required by policy to lock it.
