Description of the new feature / enhancement
Hi, noob here.
I thought the Color Picker tool would let you pick colours from a palette (or 3 different kinds of palettes)
and was a little disappointed to find that it only picks colours that you can see on your screen.
I was hoping for a tool/feature similar to what you get if you type “color picker” into Google.
Is such a feature/toy somewhere on the horizon?

any time you wanted to pick a colour that wasn't already on your screen.
