Awake - Cannot Access 'Keep awake for a time interval'

Steps to reproduce

I use awake regularly; today as I went to change hours for 'Keep awake for a time interval',

✔️ Expected Behavior

Display the number of Hours and Minutes with ability to amend as necessary.

❌ Actual Behavior

I highlighted the existing number of hours and before I could amend them to "0", the screen returned to 'Keep the selected Power plan'.
All subsequent attempts to access the 'time interval' setting result in an immediate return to 'Keep the selected Power plan'.
I have tried a clean restart but it has made no difference.
Other setting for Awake are working correctly.
