Provide way to view the current value of Settings

Currently there is no one place a user can view their settings. They need to click across User, Remote, and Workspace. It would be very helpful if here was a way to view all the current values.

For example, the setting view could should the inherited value in addition to the default value. For example, when in Workspace instead of just saying "Modified in User". The view could show something like "Modified in User to 100".
