App Problem

So I installed this visual studio code but then when I searched it on my laptop it doesnt show that I installed it I even checked program files on my laptop but I reinstalled again It did also doas that but now I pinned the app to the task bar so it doesnt dissapear again but I also have another problem and when I open this the installed extensions arent getting installed
