Tag input event doesn't fire on backspace #1877

Describe the bug
When using a Tag input, events (onTag, onTagRemove) are not called when deleting a tag with backspace.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
remove function should be called when deleting a tag with backspace and not clicking the closing button.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: win11
Browser: Edge Version 103.0.1264.62 (Official build) (64-bit)
Metro Version: Metro 4 - v4.5.1.
