Control visibility of Modelfiles in side bar and Setttings -> Connections, Models, Audio, Images

These items: Modelfiles in side bar, Connections, Models, Audio, Images in Settings need to be hidden when sharing the app with other users, so they don't try to change models or model details used.
As it is, one cannot really share the open webui because of this.
