关于已经取消发货的销售订单状态 #1890

销售单据如果只部分发货，未发货的部分的发货单直接作废，销售订单还是部分发货状态，或者是未发货，实际该单据已经完成了，应该在单据作废的时候，把销售单据变成全部发货状态，或者增加一个单据状态区分
