Outline the process for modifying the network

This process is part of the Git Modifications section. It should probably be spelled out in its own doc file.

Fork controlrepo
Modify hosts_add.pp
Replace 10.0.0.5 with the new address
Commit, push

Fork lab_config
Modify files/dns.
"git mv" example.com and 0.0.10 to match the domain/IP scheme
Update the contents of both files as needed
Commit, push

All IP addresses in the official documentation are for 10.0.0.0/24 and users will need to replace with the appropriate IP from their network.
