数据库读取的中文页面显示会乱码 #19

睿思BI我部署在tomcat-9上，凡是涉及从mysql数据库读取的中文都会乱码，包括各类组件的标题。
而我的mysql数据库都是保存为utf-8 的，在远程终端能正常显示，但是在BI页面上就显示问号，请问是哪里编码出现问题吗？怎么解决呢？
