Runtype lattice

I'm not sure how we can implement, but it should be good if we can check equality and subtype relationship over runtypes, like a lattice. It will allow us to implement interesting features, such as to calculate more efficient runtypes when performing unions or intersections, and that will result in more readable error messages.
