Library does not exist error after upgrade from 2.0 to 2.3 #140

I have upgraded from 2.0 to 2.3 version using https://manual.seatable.io/upgrade/upgrade_manual/

Now I received below error when I click on some of the Base I created previously

Library does not exist.

When I go into the admin settings and check groups storage settings I received below error.

Library 881b63e6-5b30-43a3-9999-5cab2e785307 not found.
