bug: Full height not working for ag grid

Describe the bug

I tried the new full height options to try and have my ag grid expand, but it still only takes up half the screen

To reproduce

1. Create a new app
2. Add a button and an ag grid. Set full height on the ag grid
3. Go into preview and see that it is not filling up the remaining height

Expected behavior

Ag grid should have taken up the remaining height of the page
