Buongiorno

la richiesta di un certificato ANPR per la posizione con id ANPR 32956293, restituisce l'errore ""La ricerca per data di nascita ha estratto un soggetto o più soggetti con dati anagrafici non congruenti".
E' possibile sapere perché la ricerca con tutti i dati restituisce questo errore? Grazie
