Add calendars colors support

It should already sync the calendar colors! What applications do you use?

You should be able to change the calendar color using the application Calendar Color. When you change the color, it should sync after refreshing in Settings → Accounts → DecSync Calendars.

I see. But I think, it would be better to include this opportunity in the android app directly.

I think a dedicated app is fine, and there is already a link to it in the app, but maybe that isn't clear enough?
