Minimizing minecraft crashes the client

Describe the bug
When I minimize my minecraft, it like keep saving information, and when i click on the icon to open the window again, it loads all the information at once, and sometimes it crashes while is minimized.

To Reproduce
Just click on minimize the minecraft windows (being online in some server or something that have things happening), and then just wait until it crashes, or sometime later open again the window, and it will stop for a bit until loads everything.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 PRO
• Version: 20H2

Additional context
I'm using the 1.8.9 5zig version and the 1.8.9 optifine version.
