Automate iOS release

A nice CI / CD pipeline would make life a lot easier and quicker.

Ideally we want a commit to trigger a new testflight release and handle all the hard work of versioning etc.

Warning: Gremlins are here. Its a pain to do the certificate stuff

This isn't worth the hassle, maybe once we have xcode cloud it will be easier but i've tried so many solutions and they are all a pain. Going to make it easier to deploy and that will do
