Verbose logging not working

AdGuard version

1.11.14 (build 301, CT 2.0.41)

Environment

- OS: Big Sur 11.6
- Safari version:14.1.2

What filters do you have enabled?

AdGuard Base filter, AdGuard French filter, AdGuard Tracking Protection filter, AdGuard URL Tracking filter, AdGuard Annoyances filter

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. enable Verbose logging
2. go to https://www.tf1info.fr/direct/
3. open console

Expected Behavior

Blocked resources are displayed in the console
