希望在翻译时先去除引号，再在翻译结束后加回来，不知道你是否处理了翻译结果中的换行符，如果有引号的包裹的，就不要处理了

对于第一个问题，从你提供的示例来看，引号在翻译后被剔除了。在后面的版本会考虑不翻译引号这类特殊符号。
对于第二个问题，翻译结果中的换行符是没有处理的。插件秉持的处理原则是，只处理需要翻译的文本，其他的一律不做过多处理。
