when signing?
after a device migration?

when signing? - Export Privet Key for Signing
after a device migration? - No just after update build @hboon

Is this with AlphaWallet or a fork?

Can you try creating a new wallet and see if you can export from it?
Have you changed your security settings? Eg. remove a fingerprint for Face ID?
