Expected Behavior

Could not resolve DID. No peer found... Ensure the DID has been archived.

Actual Behavior

...
ara: error: fatal: Could not resolve DID. No peer found

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Try to resolve a DID remotely that has not been archived remotely
