add reload icon to each list of tweets

at the moment its impossible to reload the different lists of tweets w/o reloading the whole page.
adding a reload icon to the tabs when initial loading is finished would do it.
additional it would make sense to show the time of the last update or better, a javascript counter: "loaded xx minutes ago".
