New retirements added: select Batch pool autoscale service-defined variables, classic compute node communication model, custom image pools on VHD and Managed Images, and Batch service retirement in select regions.

New retirements added: EOL for Windows Server 2008R2, CentOS 7 and Batch rendering images, Pool usage metrics API, Batch CLI extensions, and Task authentication token.
