Description

It would be cool to send an alert when a course change status from closed/waitlist to open. This would add an useful feature, replacing coursicle and provide students of a free way to track courses. However, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to store users' email in our server.

Tbh, I'm getting bored of my current projects, I might just fuck around and implement this
