This repository contains the code used to analyze data and generate figures for the biorxiv manuscript NK cell-monocyte crosstalk underlies NK cell activation in severe COVID-19 by Lee et al. It also contains the .csv files used to graph the flow cytometry and O-link data shown in the manuscript. The raw data for these experiments can be found on FlowRepository (ID no. FR-FCM-Z75U). The scRNA-seq data used in this manuscript is from Wilk et al. 2021.
